This summer, London’s Barbican center is home to the biggest Bauhaus exhibition in the UK in over 40 years. The modern world’s most famous art school is renowned for it’s utopian vision to change society in the aftermath of the First World War. Bauhaus: Art as Life feature a rich array of painting, sculpture, design, architecture, film, photography, textiles, ceramics, theater and installation.
Bauhaus style is somthing we have loved since our college days. Bold understated design which looks as fresh today as it must have done all those years ago. The principles of these designs are inspiring from a creative point of view and intriguing as a historic reference to all things creative.
The exhibition runs now until 12th August. You can find out more here.
